I'll drive mummy

I have had such a good day. I was up early so as a treat mummy cuddled me in her bed while we watched my new programme Doc McStuffin. It was lovely and cosy.

Once up it was a busy morning. While we all ate breakfast mummy changed a washer on a tap. She was very pleased with herself. I laughed at her victory dance.

We then cleaned, washed, tidied, gutted and polished. The house was almost unrecognisable. It was so tidy and clean. Grandma even got in on the act, washing floors, polishing the mantel piece and mopping the hall stairs.

I told mummy I would drive to help out. She said no but I had a little play in the front while she fitted my car seat back in to the car.

It was worth it though as we had some special visitors, grandad's cousin Jane and her husband Ron from Canada. They were very nice, I even got a lovely cuddle from jane. I was a little shy to start with but once they asked us to go visit I knew I needed to charm them. They brought me a very special bunny, she is called Cora Belle, I gave her kisses and cuddles.

We all had a very special big dinner, the choice was great. Roast beef, ham, potatoes, melon, Parma ham, prawn cocktail, cheese biscuits and chocolate cake.

I had such a good day. I was very tired but didn't want to go to bed but eventually I settled and cuddled my teddy. I love the days I get cuddles with Grandad and Grandma.
