And it was! Perfect. A lovey practice tonight...pain free...! I wasn't expecting that which made it all the nicer. Normally for relaxation I get a blanket (Gill told me John Scott said it's like cooking rice - at the end you put the lid on) but I knew I didn't have long tonight and then next class would be wanting in then Emma came and put one on me...I was so cosy, when she turned the lights down there was a danger I would fall asleep! Thanks Emma!
