What have I created?

This stuff is evil!

It is very strong (which I already knew from my attempted readings whilst it was brewing).

The cider-in-the-box did not work as it was still fermenting, and the boxes looked close to exploding.

So I had to decant some of it off into the bottles you see before you.

Needless to say, I had to taste it.

Bugger me it's lethal.

Felt quite drunk after a pint the other day :S

Whilst I keep draining the boxes down, the stuff in the bottle can keep maturing (and hopefully no more fermenting - as it's strong enough already).

The stuff in the crate is fizzy (we know as a friend had one the other week), the other bottles are flat (for now)
