Zeke discovers himself!

One of the best times I spent with Zeke this trip was reading little books to him and singing to him. He mostly enjoyed the book that had a page with material like a mirror for him to look at himself. He just delighted doing so and kissed the page each time...pulling the book close enough to try to eat too!

I left on the amtrak back to Seattle later today....a wee trip well worthwhile!!! The kids are in their new home and it looks great...they repainted the entire inside with help from family in Portland. It is a nice place for the kids to make their new home with Z. I stayed in the guest room and it was very comfy. Thanks kids for a lovely visit.
