Met my friend Rachel today and spend a nice couple of hours with her and her fab little boy Toby. Toby is the youngest of 3 wonderful boys that Rachel has, and spending time with her, and them, never fails to make me happy.

We potched (for those of you not from South Wales, this means wandered) round the shops for a bit, and I found this notebook. It made me laugh, some of you may understand why :-)
