After the rain ...

What a difference a day makes! Friday started off foggy and rained all day (as it did over most of the country), today the sun came out and was very mild again.

We went for our usual walk and decided to take the path through the fields. However, we got to this point and were confronted by flooding. The path slopes down here and bears round to the left, following the line of the fence. Judging by how the fence posts were gradually disappearing into the water, it looked pretty deep, so we had to turn around and take another route.

This afternoon, had a trip to the bathroom showroom and a tile shop to look at tiles for my en-suite bathroom.
