Yum

Picked Mr M up from work early on Saturday morning and headed to my parents' home for the weekend. Leisurely day, for a change there were no events to attend or chores to be done. Mom made beef stew for dinner in her crockpot, and this is the beginning of it - all the vegetables simmering together. It was worth waiting for!

Weather was mild, a little gray, but comfortable temperatures. Was able to take Riley for a nice long walk around the neighborhood. Lots of new sights and smells for him!
