Carb counting

Claire and myself occasionally use this book when we are calculating noah's meals.
I say occasionally, but there was a time (when he was diagnosed) we was agonising over it trying to make sure that we were not going to give him too much insulin. But as tine has moved on and the more we do this (calculate each meal) we find we use this less now and know instinctively how much insulin he needs and what to do if his blood sugars are too high/low...
But I have to say how proud I am for how he is with his diabetes, he is such a trooper :)
