Neckace

This wee necklace is 36 years old. My grannie brought it back from Canada where she was visiting my uncle Jim and is family (who had emigrated in the late '70's) and it turned out to be the last present she ever gave me.

I've always loved it and always looked after it as it reminds me of her and of my family far away in Canada.

This morning uncle Jim passed away. What more can be said.
