Southern Gourmasian

We married in England in Oct, so we had a do-over party for our friends in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. 45 of my favourite people were there & it was just perfect. We wore our fancy gear & played the role of bride & groom. My friends just love Mr. Lucky~

Food trucks are very popular in Little Rock. Southern Gourmasian is a very popular truck. They have such a creative menu & they catered our party. The menu:

* Shrimp & Grits with a bacon sorghum vinaigrette
* Southern salad with crispy wasabi black eyed peas, pickled red onions, & homemade buttermilk dressing served in mini Chinese takeout boxes
* Grilled crostini with Kent Walker habanero cheddar pimento cheese
* Steamed Buns filled with caramelized onions & shiitake mushrooms
* Wasabi pea cakes with tomato chutney
