A normal Sunday

Up early and cleaned my fish tank out along with the filter as a couple of my fish had died.

I had a loverly dark roast cappuccino in Starbucks with my sisters followed by an amazing Sunday roast beef dinner round my moms.

Round my moms I played with my neice Emily and the family dog Stella (pic).

I ran 8.06km tonight in 45mins 37seconds which I'm over the moon with.
