Hide Amongst The Reeds And Rushes

We enjoyed a bike ride in wintery sun to the bird reserve this morning; the RSPB have opened a boardwalk to this new hide deeper in the reserve which gives fine views to two lakes.

Lots of noisy coots and moorhens, a flock of Canada geese who looked like they were having a stopover on their way to somewhere else, a regal swan or two, but I rather liked this view of the new hide.

Spent the afternoon multi-tasking*: watching 6 Nations Rugby on TV while listening to radio commentary on Yeovil's match at Nottingham Forest (*who says men can't do it?!)

Same old story, I'm afraid - a spirited display but not quite good enough.
