Storms and sunsets

After a lazy morning had a quick trip to shops to stock up then went out for a walk/run ( and we actually did some running) with Nicky. Tide was really high along the front of Gourock, had a coffee after and sorted out an exercise plan. Now the house is decluttered it's time to get fit!
