Party room

Better called "ballroom" in the Palais de Compiègne, being one of the three seats of royal government under Louis XV (besides Versailles and Fontainebleau). Later on Napoléon I and Napoléon III enjoyed the place, mainly for hunting in the woods together with friends and guests ... and then partying, I guess.

Some more facts:
The room is 45 meters long, 13 wide and 10 high. Initially used as ballroom, later as dining room and during WW1 as military hospital.
