Shopping, rugby and opening night.

Just in the audience for me as the new job put paid to any role I was meant to be doing. The decision was proved right when I resembled a drowned rat getting home at 20:40 last night. That could so easily have happened on show night.

To add to the drama last night (Friday) we had a powercut. The theatre was only affected for 5 minutes after the dress rehearsal had finished. Our house was minus power for around 90 minutes but with an assortment of candles, a gas cooker and internet radio over the phone it wasn't much of a hardship.
