Boroughmuir High School

As the weather was beautiful today, KryptoMart and I went for a walk around Merchiston and Morningside, where I blipped Boroughmuir High School.

Boroughmuir High School was founded in 1904, and moved to its current site in 1913.
Its catchment area is in the south side of the city, and includes Bruntsfield, Buckstone, and South Morningside Primary Schools.

In 2011 Boroughmuir's exam results were the forth best state school results in Scotland. Can I just point out that the school I went too many years ago, had the second best state school results in Scotland!

Back home chilling with the cats thinking about having home made lasagne for tea.
