Practise, practise....

...doesn't make perfect!
Trying out macaron recipes but problems with oven temperature and timings meant that some (pistachio and raspberry) stayed gooey in the middle whilst others (chocolate) are solid!
But, getting there, and having fun trying.
I'm afraid the effort of the baking has been too much to faff about getting the photo better...I just need a cup if tea (and maybe a taste of one or two) now!
