Bring me sunshine.......

Up early this morning (for me!) in order to support our Year 11 marathon team runners as they completed their run round a local beach-side domain. We had over 30 teams of 4 entered (each runner does about 5 kms) which sounds impressive although, as one student commented "Yea - but we have to do it!"

It's all good for the heart and soul eh?!

Had some great results from both individuals and teams and many of the student sleft the event felling quietly chuffed with their achievements :)

On the drive back I spotted this rather lovley looking field of yellow. Would love to tell you it's a field of some exotic yellow crop but actually, it's just dandelions!! For this shot I really missed my 40D :(

PS - the title I gave this shot got me singing the old Morecombe & Wise song - have just spent the last 20 minutes laughing at them again via YouTube. Wonderful!
