Exhausted

Sebastian was so tired out from playing on the tractor and talking to the rabbits and chooks at the Red Barn that he had to have a sleep in a tree. It is so glaring today that I didn't even try to get this photo right - the areas of bright light and heavy shade are just how it looked at midday.

Now Sarah and I are trying to convince him to have a sleep at home so we can have naps too.

Man it's hot today - and it's only 2.30 - it'll get a lot hotter here before it starts to cool off. I don't like this heat!

Especially when school starts back later this week and everyone gets scratchy when it's this hot.
