Roast Chicken

It was warm enough (above freezing) for the second consecutive day today so we managed our second walk of the week. We are finally experiencing a bit of a thaw, but none of the paths in the park are clear so we have to stick to the road. We thought we'd earned ourselves a yummy dinner tonight, so had an organic roasted chicken, Michael Caine roasties, brussels and the good pancetta shallot bacon and onion sage gravy. Just checked the forecast and saw 3 to 5 inches have popped up for Monday now. I guess the groundhog will be seeing his shadow tomorrow :(
