High Sea Levels
The day started fairly fine. A bit of wind but not as bad and even some sunshine. The night has got wetter and the wind is coming up again.
My auntie Carol, Uncle Mark and cousin Keiran made it home today from Australia. Had great fun with them and laughing at good times with both granny and grandad. We had a big famly meal together, roast mutton but nothing beats my granny's roast mutton which is a huge miss :) Great to have them home for a wee while :)
Out along the banks today for a walk and the waves are still rough and high. Some amount of wood washing up, stones thrown up and old corks too which I collect for the garden :) This a view looking back towards my house which is in the centre. Normally the shore line is 20 feet below the top of the banks but not today as you can see! Taken at Aith, Cunningsburgh.
