today's excitement.

Been to see my miracle worker and all my problems stem from somewhere other than my shoulder. After a bit of 'manipulation' I'm so much better. I've obviously been going downhill since my ankle sprain last year - it's been working its way up from there via my knee and back.

back to full strength soon I hope.
