What a surprise!

We quite often get a covering of snow on the hill tops on Mull but whenever the weathermen forecast snow, we tend to ignore it. So it was a bit of a surprise to wake up to a couple of inches of snow this morning. Managed to get out and grab a few shots but the light was awful and it was raining.

Junior was out in the garden in her onsie at 730 this morning going mad - funny how kids don't feel the cold.

This is Salen Bay - 5 mins from us - home to wide variety of waders, ducks, seals and otter - and occasionally dolphins and porpoises.
