At Cannop ponds: Rushing....

The Forest of Dean is a great place to everyone. Cyclists love the daring off road tracks. Families can walk for miles or meander around the forest lakes.

The constant rainfall has filled the lakes, overspilling onto the tracks. Dirt tracks turned to swampy filled puddles. I doubt it would off the professional cyclists. The cycle tracks slippy like freshly thrown wet clay. All the more exciting.

The picnic areas are normally filled with families, even in winter. The tea trailer a popular feature for a warm up on a cold walk with the kids and the dog. Today, the tea trailer gone. The picnic area flooded. The forest lakes spilled over. Its raining constantly. I am not the only one wishing it would stop.....x
