Up early, tidy flat, pick up shopping ordered on Thursdays blip, do my food shopping, cook mac cheeses, cook cottage pies, speak to mum and dad, go for a run in pouring rain and wind, back to shops for things forgot, make tea/dinner/supper (delete as appropriate), now watch Russell Crowe in a Rom Com?! Still got ironing to do.

I'm more convinced about Russell Crowe being good in the rom com than the ironing being done.
