Pink Angel

My lovely friend Margaret Ker created this print . It is called Pink Angel.
She is now hovering over my desk . She and the photo of my wee special boy splashing in the sea will inspire me to work in a more relaxed way at this desk.

A slow day pottering and J joined in the space clearing effort here in this shared study. It is better. Or at least my side is ;-)

I bought a book called 'Ammonites and Leaping fish' by Penelope Lively for J's Mum. It is a memoir rather than fiction . It looks like an interesting reflection on growing old . I will read it also.

We are going to my son's mother and father in law's golden wedding party tonight . Looking forward to seeing everyone.
