Miracle food

Went out to see my Dad today taking with me this Christmas present for him from my brother.

My Dad's not been eating much for the last couple of months and has lost quite a bit of weight - so much so that the doc has put him on to supplement drinks. The experts aren't sure if his not eating is just poor appetite because of the dementia, or because in his paranoid state he believes the food is poisoned.

We've tried tempting him with all sorts of tasty things but he's refused them all.

Anyway, I delivered this bag of cookies to him and he promptly munched his way through 5 of them!
Go figure!
