Wet Friday Night in Town

Cold, windy and wet. Not nice weather to be out in but I was. This is the shiny pavement in the pouring rain on a Friday night in town.
Taken without flash on my phone camera. The purposeful movement I tried for almost working how I would have liked. Enough to make out the subject but not to define detail.
