Cowboy Pie Time
Tonight I made a (reet scrummy, if I do say so myself) cowboy pie. It was from a Weight Watchers recipe book, and although we did use some slightly more calorific ingredients than it suggests (i.e. a regular tin of beans, as opposed to the no added salt/sugar variety it recommended) it clocked in at a reasonable amount of calories. Definitely would scoff it again in future.
