CD's

Fairly early start to the day, off to Pontllanfraith to collect K's car. Bodywork repairs look immaculate, she's pleased with the result and it cost a lot less than the original estimate. Stop off at the bakers on the way back to get a loaf of bread for toast for late breakfast. There's a small bakers opened up nearby, far prefer to buy from smaller businesses than the big, impersonal supermarkets. Must be getting old.

Seems like the business year may be about to start. A phone call today to ask if I'm available for the next three weeks - better get all those loose ends tied up in case things take off. The last job for this Client I posted through their letter box at 11pm on my way to the airport hotel for an early morning flight for a holiday in Turkey. Need to get my other little projects finished off, tend to let things drift as little through January. Also need to get invoices off for end of the month.

I've also agreed to be Treasurer for local group, so spend the afternoon going through last years books to familiarise myself with format of entries.

Car exhaust sounding a bit noisy, need to get it checked over soon.
