Sunny Summer's Day?

Stunningly clear blue sky, tree in full leaf. One could be forgiven for thinking it's summer. Apart from the fact it is very cold and windy here in Yorkshire. The tree I think might be a form of eucalyptus and it sheds a vast amount of its leaves in the summer...
