I go away for 3 months...

Laura had to have a colonoscopy today back at Stafford hospital so after a morning at work, with a reconfiguration meeting, I headed back to the Shire to pick her up.

I knew I might have to wait a while so I thought I'd take the time to pop in to the lab -for 3.5 hours- and say hi to people. Not much has changed since I left but there are these weird new signs dotted around, presumably encouraging handwashing, but it's not exactly obvious.

It was really good to catch up and reassuring to still think I made the right choice in swapping counties.
