Newspaper readers, Addis, Ethiopia

After an afternoon of museums, I needed some walking time around Addis just to see everyday life unfold.

This bridge seemed to be a place where everyone congregated. The shoe-shiners, newspaper sellers and commuters. And if you look closely underneath the stairwell, you can spot some people trying to have a sneaky, peaceful few moments to catch up on the days events.
