75 pence

Dylan has been celebrating the Chinese New Year all week at nursery and they both came home from Karen's with lucky red envelopes filled with coins :) We spent some time studying the different pennies and counting them up, before daddy took the boy to the shop to chose himself a treat with his money. He had 75p and I asked him to buy something for Lily as well. We'd ruled out magazines since he didn't have enough money though the cbeebies comic was his first choice. Bless him, he came home with a sweetie for each of us. I had a huge cola bottle, Phil had some fruity thing, diddy chose some haribo for Lily and a big snake for himself. The challenge was then making him wait until after his dinner before he could eat his treat!
