another storm coming...

What a wild night of wind and rain. Again.
This morning everywhere was swamped, the garden awash, the whole river valley under water.

The day turned out kind of nice, sunny and calm-ish - a lull.

I went for a walk at Owenahincha in the late afternoon. The weather was just starting to close in again. The sea was raging.
Driving home with still an hour till high tide, the sea was almost to the top of the causeway at Rosscarbery, all the lakes looked brim-full, the river was almost over the road.
