Encephalartos lebomboensis - Lebombo cycad

I tried to show you this one a couple times in the past year or two, but I could never really get into the heart of the plant, and then gave up, but today I succeeded!

I had an appointment with a specialist at the Breast Cancer Clinic at the Milpark Hospital today, I am really impressed, she is really brilliant! I truly hoped that she will be able to tell me I can stop taking the Tamoxifen, but unfortunately NO! But I am so much more at ease because she requested a couple of new tests and as soon as she has all the results, a whole panel of specialists will discuss it and make an informed decision on the way forward for me! I will most probably only know in about 3 weeks, but I am really satisfied with the situation at this stage.
