One of my 5 a day

Tonight i cooked a meal for one of my best friends. This lovely tenderstem broccoli was the greenery needed to accompany a chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and garlic and a big pile of mashed potato. A couple of glasses of wine and some Christmas cake to follow and we were suitably full up. :-)
