Danes, Names & Double Decker Trains
For those of a historically curious nature, you might be interested to know that you can map out the area of the UK that was dominated by the Danes during their (mostly peaceful and trade oriented) tenure in the British Isles. Towns that end "BY" were Danish named (there's another ending but I can't think of it right now) - so you could see a definite pattern if you linked them all together.
This is Valby [pro: val - bu], one train stop from home and that's a double decker train although it's hard to see past the adverts and station roof.
Physically busted having spent 5 hours moving 13 tonnes of, wait for it, English flags .....by hand. That's 1365 boxes, each weighing 12-14 kgs each. The flags were for Carlsberg.
