New Year Cookie

I had a wander around Chinatown today as it is the Chinese New Year of the Horse.
It was a bit early for any celebrations, lots of deliveries to restaurants going on. Children were going around with balloons and horse masks.
But I liked the pigeon eating a fortune cookie.
