The essential toast rack

It's been a happy day for my husband.

Sometimes he gets these silly crazy interesting ideas in his head and usually it's about needing some household gadget or article with a specific usability. His latest "craving" was to own a toast rack and he's been looking for it in every store and flea market for many weeks (it's not a standard piece in an Icelandic kitchen, so it's not easily available).

Today was his lucky day and after a successful visit to a local fleamarket, his afternoon tea and toast was especially enjoyable!
