Norwegian Wood

Last night was the monthly competition at my camera club and there were some great images. Some were very clever photoshop creations, not quite my scene- perhaps because I don't do photoshop (yet)- but others showed a fantastic eye for a photo and great technical skill. The theme was shapes and patterns and walking to get the paper this morning I saw this tree stump which almost seemed to say "Why didn't you try me?".
Well, that is a month of blipping completed. Thanks very much to all who have sent supportive comments. The wettest January ever: I wonder what February will bring?
