Floods begin to Recede at Thame, Oxon

The floods have been bad at Thame in Oxfordshire, with large areas of meadow being underwater.

We called here on the way back from the NOC, & this is the view from the Church Road looking towards the bypass.

We saw the ankle man again today with regard to some sort of fix. He could not offer anything other than major surgery, which is where I have been before. A quick visit to Orthotics & then home by 1130.

I must think very carefully about the best course of action.
