Running Shoes

When my planned game of squash fell through, Jean and I decided to go for a jog. Perhaps we should have decided where we were going before we set off, as we ended up nearly the entire way along the road that follows West Sands as it got increasingly dark! impressed myself with my stamina and tired myself out for a good nights sleep!
