Forest Lawn Memorial Garden, West Hollywood - found an area displaying mesoamerican artworks… this picture is from a mexican warrior column - mexican sculpture dating AD950-1168 post classic period… four identical columns such as this one originally supported a temple roof and were painted in blue black yellow and red - the butterfly breastplate (not seen in this shot) identifies the figure as a Toltec warrior.
