right now - please - and i'm going to follow you until you give it to me - sticking my beak into your face - and that black box of yours...

and so it went - for about 10 minutes - i was followed down the trail - by this goose - he was as persistent as persistent gets - i was nearly laughing out loud due to it - then finally caved in - began snapping away - taking his portrait - him turning his fine head - this way and that - i kid you not - it was as if - he was born to it - not shying away from me at all - nor honking in protest - no snipping at me, either - i'd take a few shots, stop - he'd want some more - it was the funniest thing ever -

so no matter that i got some other really fab shots of flying ducks - birds - and squirrels (well, the squirrels weren't flying - boo!) - as well as a rare sighting of a flicker - i had to remain true to my new found goose friend - because i'd promised him his 15 minutes of fame - i'd post his portrait - and make it...
