Tiring day and I almost don't remember posting this, think I was half asleep! So I am writing this bit the next day.

Work, uni, red wine. Typical Thursday. Thursday's lecture is by far my favourite at the moment. Our lecturer Tim Smith is really engaging and we always have a group activity or experiment to do. Tonight's subject matter was on long term memory and forgetting. I am very bad at remembering people's name - if I see a customer in the morning I will very often forget their name or possibly that they had even come in at all. Bit awkward when they come back later in the day. So I have learnt that I don't pay attention for long enough for it to be encoded in long term memory! Need to spend longer mentally processing details about them.
