sicker than that

Today I called in sick, properly. I felt even worse last night and thought that it'd be better not to worry about work for a day.

In the end I did spend a big bit of time working, reading and trying to think about the big new project that is on at work. It hurt my head, not because it was difficult but because my head was mince. I decided to have a wander in the afternoon as it looked so lovely. My walk to Ocean Terminal - all of five minutes away - resulted in my head throbbing and sweating profusely in that 'sick as a dog' sort of way. I tried to convince myself that it would get better but it didn't...

I stuck my camera on the ground and took this before heading home.

Bah.
