Perfect Pond

One of the ponds at the Ash Moor reserve - part of the Devon Wildlife Trust, which is next door to one of their latest reserves - Meeth Quarry. I went there for a walk with my friend Sue today after a lovely lunch in the Malt Scoop pub in Merton just up the road. It's perfect really - great pub & then a great walk afterwards & to a perfect pond which will be teaming with life soon!

The Pit

As you can see, dull weather, grim light, but a dry day. The rain & the high winds are coming in again over the weekend. Such fun! :( xxx
