Swimming

Have really got in to this fitness thing! Been going 3-4 times a week! LOVING swimming!!! Unlike land my extremely long limbs become terribly useful ( apart from when I hit a small child or swipe a slow swimmers foot while I act like a fish ). On land aka the gym I am poor at best I am not keen on this whole idea of sweating in a room with others, people grunting and heaving heave objects. I much rather be in my own little world for 30 mins being calm yet using all my muscles at once. No scary medieval pulley weight things here thank you.
