Project to finish

No idea when this was started or by who but I picked it up tonight. I will finish it and then decide what to do with it. Any suggestions welcome.

Had an interesting evening with a guy from Rockex. Apparently we need to take off any pebble dash on the main house and then take off rendering on the plinth and apply their waterproofing all for a mere £8,000. We had this same talk about 30 years ago from a similar company . Wonder if it is the same company under a different name. It will take 10 days. Not terribly impressed .
